It supports many commonly used file formats and leverages the powerful Segment Anything Model (SAM) by Meta AI to automatically segment nanoparticles. Users can interactively filter and confirm detected particles, ensuring accuracy and control.
The tool provides a comprehensive set of measurements, including size, shape, and other key characteristics, enabling high-throughput analysis without the need for laborious manual work.
